Registration of personal data

Analyzing the application for registration of personal data received on registration with the DSZPD can conclude that each enterprise (organization) is the holder of at least two personal databases, namely the personal data of employees, which is the purpose of compliance with the labor legislation of tax relations and relations in accounting and auditing, and the personal data of customers or other individuals whose personal data are processed by the holder of business organization.
Failure of the procedure of state registration of Personal Data. Curran in the following sanctions:
- A fine of 5,100 to 8,500 UAH (for citizens and officials);
- A fine of 8,500 UAH (for individuals, business entities).
