The decision on granting work permits takes a special commission. The main problem in obtaining such a permit is bias against the commission to the need to employ a foreign citizen. Such an opinion is formed on the basis of the principle of priority of the work of Ukrainian citizens, because the fight against unemployment is one of the priorities of the state.
The Commission also assesses the qualifications of the foreign worker and experience on the basis of the documents - which must conform to reasonable necessity.
In such cases we solve all the problems with obtaining a work permit of foreign citizens in Ukraine, as well as its extension, ensuring the customer a wholly positive decision.

Required documents:
- Copy of certificate of state registration of a business entity - a notarized.
- A copy of the statute of a business entity - a notarized.
- The original certificate from STA (Довідка about splatu pratsedavtsem peredbachenih zakonodavstvom податків that зборів "zatverdzheno injunction DPAU № 261 ВІД 05/06/2004., In the form зареєстрована Міністерстві юстиції 21.05.2004.).
- If an extension of leave - the original permit.
- A copy of the fees of participants, the decision of the owner, a letter of appointment, certified by the employer
- Copy of documents on education or qualifications, translated into Ukrainian language (certified translation agency), except the Russian Federation.
- A copy of the contract between the foreign and Ukrainian business entities to perform a certain amount of work or service (if such a contract is concluded).
- A copy of the draft contract with the employer's employees - a foreign citizen (if already available).
- Copy of passport of a foreign citizen (all pages with notes) - certified by the employer.
- Power of Attorney to the representative of the employer to represent its interests in the center of employment.
- Complete details of the company.
- General information about the prospects of work.
- Position, which is claimed by a foreigner.
- Autobiography of a foreigner in any form.

 Currently in Ukraine there are two types of residence permit:
1. Temporary residence permit (VVNZH)
2. Permanent residence permit (permanent residence)

What is VVNZH?

An important positive aspect is the fact that a foreigner who speaks VVNZH can obtain visas to travel to other countries in the Ukrainian embassy / consulate. Another advantage is the lack of responsibility VVNZH periodic necessity of registration.

What is permanent residence?

A foreigner owning permanent residence:
* Should not receive RNT;
* May receive visas to travel to other countries * Ukrainian embassies / consulates;
* Do not need to register in OVIR;
* Has all the rights of citizens of Ukraine, except for the election;
* Has a basis for obtaining Ukrainian citizenship.
